What is AI visibility?
How often AI assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews mention or recommend your brand when people ask about what you sell. ReachGraph measures it by asking those questions every few days and keeping every answer.
How do I get my brand recommended by ChatGPT?

Which AI engines do you track?

Is this the same as SEO?
It overlaps, but it isn't the same. Google's AI answers still lean on search results, while ChatGPT and Perplexity pick sources differently and name brands directly. Rank tracking doesn't show you who AI recommends; ReachGraph does.
Why do your numbers have ranges?
AI answers change from one run to the next. Every percentage comes with a 95% range, and we only call something a change when last week's and this week's ranges don't overlap.
Does llms.txt help?
Not that we can see. No major AI engine has said it uses llms.txt for its answers, so we don't recommend it as a fix.
